How To Use

For full lip look:

Apply ROMAND Zero Velvet Tint directly to clean, moisturized lips.
Start from the center and glide outward for full, even coverage.
Let set for 20 seconds for a soft matte, transfer-resistant finish.

For Korean ombré lips:

Apply a small amount of tint on the inner center of lips.
Blend outward gently using a finger or lip brush.
Add another layer if deeper pigmentation is desired.
