Allurify.pk delivers orders across Pakistan. This policy explains our delivery charges, estimated delivery times, and urgent delivery cut-off times.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery costs Rs 250 per order. Orders of Rs 10,000 or more qualify for free standard delivery.

Standard delivery generally takes 2–4 working days. This is an estimate; the actual delivery date may vary due to the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The delivery charge applicable to your order will be shown at checkout.

Urgent next-day delivery

Urgent next-day delivery costs Rs 600 and is available only for locations where this service can be arranged. Please confirm availability for your address before placing an urgent order.

To qualify for delivery on the next working day, your order must be placed and confirmed before the applicable cut-off time:

• Karachi: before 6:00 PM Pakistan time.

• Other eligible locations: before 4:00 PM Pakistan time.

Orders placed or confirmed after the applicable cut-off will be scheduled for the second working day after the order, subject to product and courier availability.

We will contact you if urgent delivery cannot be arranged for your order or location.

Delivery address and contact details

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. The courier may contact you to complete delivery.

If you need to correct your delivery details, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after the parcel has been dispatched.

Delays and delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or contains an incorrect product, contact us with your order number so we can review the issue. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
