Allurify.pk (“Allurify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the online store at allurify.pk. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can contact us about your information.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. When you visit our website or place an order, Shopify also processes information to provide and improve its services, as explained below.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. It may include:

• Contact and delivery details: your name, email address, phone number, billing address, and delivery address.

• Order details: products ordered, order value, payment method and status, delivery information, returns, refunds, and related communications.

• Account details: information you provide if you create a customer account.

• Customer-service information: messages and any photographs or other information you send us about a question, order, or product issue.

• Website and device information: information about your browser, device, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions with our store. Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may collect some of this information.

2. How we use your information

We use personal information to process and deliver orders; communicate about payments, deliveries, returns, and customer-service requests; maintain customer accounts; protect our store against fraud and misuse; understand and improve our website; and maintain business records.

Where you have selected marketing communications, we may also use your contact information to send relevant offers and store updates. You can change your marketing preferences or unsubscribe as described in Section 5.

3. Payments and delivery

Allurify offers cash on delivery, bank transfer, and payment options made available through PayFast at checkout. Payment providers process information needed to complete or verify a payment. Please do not send full payment-card details to us by email or chat.

We share the name, contact number, delivery address, and order information needed to dispatch and deliver parcels with PostEx. If another delivery provider is used for a particular order, the information necessary for that delivery may be shared with that provider.

4. Shopify and other service providers

Shopify hosts our online store and processes information when you visit it or make a purchase. We also use service providers to help operate features such as payments, delivery, customer support, reviews, marketing, and website measurement. These providers receive information relevant to the service they perform.

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled on our store. Shopify may use information from interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify to provide and improve services, including features relating to fraud prevention, insights, personalization, and advertising. Information shared with Shopify or other providers may be processed in countries outside Pakistan.

We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, protect rights and safety, or resolve a dispute.

5. Marketing communications

Our store has tools that can support email, SMS, and other marketing communications. If you choose to receive marketing, we may use the contact details and preferences you provide to send you offers and updates.

You can unsubscribe from a marketing email using its unsubscribe link. For other marketing messages, follow the opt-out instructions in the message or contact us at info@allurify.pk. Opting out of marketing will not stop messages necessary to manage an order or respond to your request.

6. Cookies, pixels, and advertising

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to operate shopping features and understand how the store is used. Active integrations include Facebook & Instagram and Google & YouTube, which can receive information about website activity for measurement and advertising. Other connected services, including Omnisend and Brevo PushOwl, may process information relevant to the features we use.

You can adjust cookie settings in your browser. Where privacy or consent controls are made available on our website, you can use them to manage the applicable choices. Blocking some technologies may affect website features.

7. How long we keep information

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to process orders, provide support, maintain business records, address disputes, and meet applicable obligations. The period can differ depending on the type of information and why it is needed. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete it or make it no longer identifiable.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we handle and use service providers, including Shopify, to operate our online store. No online service or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your privacy requests

You can contact us to ask about personal information we hold about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We may retain information where needed for an order, recordkeeping, a dispute, or an applicable obligation.

Email info@allurify.pk with the subject Privacy Request. Please do not include a password or full payment-card details in your email.

10. Third-party links

Our store may link to websites or services operated by others. Their handling of personal information is described in their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, or information practices change. The current version and its last-updated date will appear on this page.
