How to use

Before you break out your regular cleanser, ensure you’ve removed all makeup from your skin—particularly if you wear waterproof or long-wear makeup. Begin by shaking Gentle Oil-Free Makeup Remover to activate its bi-phase formula, and apply liberally to cotton ball or pad.
